That's funny. I recall seeing several times that > his will specifically excluded/disinherited her > because Ted said she had already been provided for. Sure the hell is! As I recall she was most adamant that financial gain was not her aim. We all knew better and now the proof is in and exceedingly glaring. > >>> > His eldest daughter, Barbara Joyce ''Bobby-Jo'' > Ferrell, has spent a considerable portion of her > retirement savings contesting the freezing plan in an > ongoing court case. Too damn bad!! She deserves nothing, no reward for disloyalty. She deserves far far worse! Of course it now becomes clearly apparent that her goal was after all merely to wiggle back into the Will. Like that was a big secret. I think it was mentioned, if I recall correctly, that she spent 60k so far and got only 3k from he begging website. So if we do the math she spent 57k to get 200k. Not a bad investment return for a few months. How coldly calculated... no pun intended. What is most telling of the whole saga is that when it came to public objection to the cryonic suspension of one of their most favored celebrities, they spewed a lot of verbal poison but would not put their money where their big fat stinking mouths were. Only 3k from the Save Ted Williams website begging!! I love it! > Williams's only son, John Henry, who devised the > cryonics plan, has some influence over the trust: His > close friend Al Cassidy is a key trustee. Through lawyers, eh? As if! The smell of her greed is most foul. She threatened her father with ultimate and final destruction for this. Someone needs to make a plaque to notarize this for all time. > John Henry Williams agreed two weeks ago not to > interfere with Ferrell's share, according to a > spokesman for the Ted Williams estate. One hundred thousand dollars is no small sum, his half of the gain for refusing to let Ferrel in. He shall be seen as a cryonics hero. > >>>> > > I remarked on the possiblity of this angle coming into > play months ago. Looks like I was right.... A lot of us remarked likewise. The stench of Ferrel's greed and disloyalty will not soon fade. James -- Cryonics Institute of Michigan Member! The Immortalist Society Member! The Society for Venturism Member!
