We have a mailing list on which general cryonics issues can be discussed, but also issues specific to signing up to Alcor can be addressed. The details of which follow: *****Alcor UK Meeting - Sunday 26th January at 4pm - London***** Important Alcor UK meeting for those interested in Cryonics, recovery and suspension procedures and those thinking of signing up and of course Alcor members in the UK. Guest of honour is Charles Platt - the Director of Suspension Services at Alcor in the US. He will talk about the vital 48 hours after metabolism failure - the latest procedures, vitrification technology and professional paramedic recovery teams (being started in the US) and planned for the UK when there are enough members here and in Europe. This is a rare opportunity to get many questions answered directly by one of the most qualified people in the this field. Alcor has performed 8 suspensions in the past year. The venue is the Windsor Suite at the five star Radisson Edwardian Hotel on the A4 next to Heathrow. It is booked at 4pm on Sunday 26th for 3 hours.
