Da comrade!

Sadam is a tyrant, a criminal, Iraq is a dictator's state. His mirror image,
M. Shrub in Casablanca has no more value. He want oil for his friends and has
put hands on the military power of Utterly Shame to go to his ends.

Freeze! I'm Bush Cassidy, give me your oil. That is the 21st century world
politics.

Poor Yankee with a president elected by *one* juge! We, French's, are so more
wise: Look at our diplomatic success in Ivory Coast. We have a good president
who has paid a dozen clone of his main opponent so he would find in the
second election round a nazi against him. Today he is changing the ballot
rule so he is certain to win next time even if 3 citizens out of 4 are
against him.

Israel is another subject.

Assume you have built a modern state on a desert with few water. You need
water, so you pump it at big deep under the foot of your neighbors. What if
these build too a modern state and use their water? You would have to desalt
sea water, a costly issue. So make a perpetual war, bring your neighbors back
to the stone age and you have 50 years to exploit underwater. Make sure that
there is sufficient hate so war will endure at least half a century. After,
there will be the salt water solution... That solution will dissolve war.

Good bombing.

YB.
