Do you mean inundation by water ?

Uhm ... I do live in the Netherlands, but I'm not aware of
any such dangers (anymore).

The last time the Netherlands was fludded because of extreme
spring-tide was in 1953. Since the 1970s the dikes have been
made higher and better, and now it is as good as impossible
fur such a thing to happen again. Furthermore, only less
than 25% of the Netherlands is below sea-level and is suspectable
to this threat. Also we had some fluds by rivers in recent
years, but they were very localized to places near to a river.

So at least 75% of the Netherlands is in absolutely no
danger of being fludded ever. (Unless, in the far future
the sea would rise by many meters. But there is still a
small hilly part of the Netherlands which could be used
in that case.)

Politically there is still a law which states that
deceased bodies can only be burried, cremated, or
exported. So this law would have to be adapted first.
