        I don't think it will make that much difference.  Local 
differences in electric power rates probably have more effect.  
Remember also that we're only a talking about a $10,000 annual 
expense, savings from which hardly justify moving across several more 
states.
 
        Also, Arizona is one of the few places where a solar electric 
system might be feasible.  Even if expensive, the expense might be 
justified for the added operating security during socio-economic 
upheavals.

        As you have probably seen from my recent postings, I advocate 
an underground heat exchange system for the water coolant.  Turning a 
valve so that the 5kW can heat the building during cool times sounds 
good, but the capital cost aspects will have to be looked at.
