Subject: Apology for tone

Greetings!

Just a quick note to apologize for the tone of two messages that I sent
yesterday. I was rather stressed by some things (that have nothing to do
with CryoNet, or even online life in general) and so I came across as more
snippish than intended.

Note that I stand by the basic content of these messages. For instance, I
still reject Rafal's proposition that I must give away all that I own or
else I am an envious hypocrite for saying that I care about the issue of
global poverty.

However, I am apologizing because I believe that the content of the
messages could have been expressed more diplomatically.

Thanks, and long life...
Matthew

QUOTE OF THE WEEK:

"Many young Czechs say that their direct experience with
communism and capitalism has taught them that the two
systems have something in common: they both centralize
power in the hands of a few, and they both treat people
as if they are less than fully human."
