Although many so called experts still thought and said "space travel is bunk" there was just enough engineering technology there from which to achieve this aim. Is the world of nanotechnology ripe for a similar achievement? Is there an achievement that would not equally well be met by commercial pressure (eg improved electronic data storage)? -- Sincerely, John de Rivaz: http://John.deRivaz.com for websites including Cryonics Europe, Longevity Report, The Venturists, Porthtowan, Alec Harley Reeves - inventor, Arthur Bowker - potter, de Rivaz genealogy, Nomad .. and more Rate This Message: http://www.cryonet.org/cgi-bin/rate.cgi?msg=22173
