There has been much written on belief systems, yet as a hard scientist I 
wonder why this even remains an issue.  You can believe whatever you want, but 

anyone in a hard learning mode will shun such a system, as believing in anything
precludes unbiased learning.  The only way to a truth is through an unbiased 
questioning of everything.  All beliefs are bias.  We have religions only 

because our primitive human brains contain an archetype that embrace this way of
thinking.
