Yes, I am still looking around for a suitable site - I have been 
thinking about the possibilities in Tasmania recently.  Except for 
Yankee nuclear warships in town (Hobart) occasionally it must be just 
as safe as New Zealand.  The land is cheaper than NSW and I could 
combine it with an Eco-Tourism thing (Tasmania has some great 
countryside too but it is pretty cool - unless you are already in the 
freezer, then you wouldn't notice . .).
