Alcor has a significant number of patients who did not personally fill out
and sign the paperwork. Arrangements for them being suspended were made
with them either already dead or so close as to be incompetent. Because
this involves the potential for more hassle for Alcor, there is a hefty
surcharge.

I have not and would not ask, but if you can trust the public report of
what Alcor charged for the Ted Williams suspension, that surcharge was
applied and the answer would be no.

PS. For all the trouble this particular aftermath of the Ted Williams
suspension has caused, it happening sooner rather than later is better.
