A question to Doug Skrecky (or anyone else) with knowledge about the subjects 
discussed in the Nature article about Resveratrol and red wine:

What are the practical implications -- if any -- to the average person?

Should one drink large quantities of red wine?
Perhaps after first having evaporated the alcohol?

If the answer is YES -- What sort of red wine and how much?
If the answer is NO -- Why not?

An additional question:
What kind of foods contain vitamin B3 and its related substances?
