Resveratrol is an interesting candidate for LE.

Another promising substance that's been shown to
delay/inhibit AGE and prevent various neuropathies in
diabetics (like me) is benfotiamin(e). I'm not sure
what if any benefit it may currently have for
non-diabetics, but even if there is none, it may still
lead to advances in AGE inhibition for the rest of you
glucose tolerant types.
