Unfortunately, due to the volume of correspondence I am receiving, both pro and con, I am unable to respond to each message personally. The City Council is not scheduled to take up this matter until January, 2004, at the earliest. The Council's consideration relates to whether the facility complies with the City's zoning code. The cryonics process itself is not regulated by the City, but must meet all applicable state regulations.
