It is probably not a good example as their love to Lenin
is not related to socialism -- he gave Finland its 
independence (not because of his love to Finland or 
his acception of the idea of national independence -- 
he simply had no other choice in that time).

This example (in the message related to socialism) also
could confuse a little bit -- this ignoring has no relation
to socialism -- the situation remains almost the same 
in the modern capitalist Russia.
