Hi!

I want to thank Tanya for her answers to Mike. However I personally would also
want to know what efforts are going on in Alcor to improve the skills of the
current suspension team.

As my previous postings might show, that issue seems paramount to me --- much
more important than a bit of bleach, or even than one patient. Alcor has been
deprived of two people, both of whom were experts in cryonic suspension. It
may take some time to recover from this loss; but it's important to me and
I certainly believe other members just what is being done to address this loss.

I can understand how everyone at Alcor feels a need to answer unfriendly
questions from people like Mike. But those questions involve a percentage of
backbiting and bad feeling. And I also know that calm answers are politically
savvy ways to answer such questions. But in the midst of howls and screams
of sinfulness and misconduct, some of the real questions do get neglected. And
for me, one such question is just the one I stated above.

Best wishes, and long long life,
					Thomas
