I'm afraid that the Comos family might be tempted to limit their facility to the preservation of those who have been suspended at liquid nitrogen temperatures, since that was the technology which was in use when their daughter was suspended. Do you know if this is the case? I have great hopes for the future of -135C suspensions, as I'm personally afraid that revivals of liquid-nitrogen cracked patients may never be technically feasible. I am not currently an Alcor member, but I will sign up in a heartbeat if Alcor can start suspending members at non-cracking temperatures and stop relying as much on the future ability of nanotechnology to make everything possible. I would strongly support joining with the Comos in either case, but would naturally prefer to hear that allowances were being made for higher temperature suspensions for the future. -Ken Stone Rate This Message: http://www.cryonet.org/cgi-bin/rate.cgi?msg=2369
