If you wish to be cryopreserved, avoiding cardiovascular disease is
probably the most important thing you can do, even more important than
signing up!
  There does exist at least one powerful means to prevent
cardiovascular  disease OTC, and that is policosanol 5 - 20 mg/day.
Available comparisons indicate it is more effective than statins. Check
out Pubmed for report abstracts.
