Subject: Re: FDA/CFSAN - Exploratory Data on cancer causing Furan in Food
From: Kennita Watson <>

(I guess this is "redundant", but the first incarnation had
a subject line that some people won't read past -- I
sometimes don't notice till just as I'm hitting "Send".
One danger of a digest.)

Dammit, this rating system is pissing me off! I can skip
text I don't want to read all on my own, thank you, and I
don't want to be forced to send for more email or go to the
Web to find out whether I want to skip it!

I guess I'll only find out about Furan if Paul's bad rep
wears off (how long does that take?) and he reposts the
message or if somebody with a higher rep decides to quote
and comment on it.

Either boot him or not. Don't torture both him and me (and
others in our classes) by parading his low-rep status (like
the Scarlet Letter) in front of me along with an enigmatic
Subject line.

Yeesh,
Kennita
