I guess we shouldn't ever drive cars, fly on airlines, or take showers 
in slippery bath tubs then. Maybe we should all get IV-drips, a 
catheter, and spend our lives in bed to avoid any and all dangers. 
Except that won't work either, because inactivity can kill you as well. 
A stroke could just as easily turn you into a hemiplegic, or cause brain 
damage. The couch-potato approach isn't exactly risk-free.

This blame game doesn't address the real issue. It is a pointless, ugly 
exercise. It certainly isn't productive, and it leads to a lot less 
progress than Reeve's short foray into activism did.
