Thanks, Kennita. As it happens, Grant has worked with Alcor and been of 
benefit over the years, with his preservative techniques making it possible 
to do "practice" sessions on cadavers much as is done in medical schools. 
However, for a number of reasons I'm not sure he would be particularly 
useful to the purpose I had in mind. Basically I'm interested in the best 
you can do in a way that would be simple, cheap, easy to apply, and widely 
available, something morticians everywhere could apply from your 
instructions available by fax or Website. It should not depend on the lone 
guru who, though having great knowledge and skill, could be hard to reach 
quickly in an emergency plus have a proprietary interest that would impede 
the widespread dissemination of his techniques.
