This statement presupposes that the writer has knowledge of the future and a
complete knowledge of physics not only as understood today, but throughout
all time. I doubt that <> claims anything of the sort, but I
make this comment more just to suggest that the statement itself is in
error.

I would be more inclined to re-write it as

... many recent Alcor/CI cases have little chance of reanimation by any
process that can be described in any detail with present knowledge.
