First, there is a very large investment in biological technologies today, so, 
what we can do here will do nothing more.

Second, all big progress are made after the use of new instruments and 

detectors. When CI for example looked for better researches, their investment 
came 
to a new better microscope. That is why I think we must concentrate on scaners 
with 3D molecular resolution and organ wide field.

From the information of such a device an electronics device could be 

programmed to simulate a brain, the same thing can't be done with biological 
cells.
