You can start by not thinking of them as lazy.

You can continue by not thinking of yourself as being
in a fight with them.

Then you can get into marketing:  what do they want, and
how can you explain to them (in compelling terms they can
understand) how what you're offering can give it to them?
Note that there may (nay, will) be different answers to
these questions for different values of "they".
