Nature charge $30 for down loading a article, there seems no way to order a 
back issue. Such conditions are unfair. if you can send a scan...

A better solution would be that you produce a summary and publish it here or 
elsewhere. Give us the mathematical model of a neuron and I'll tell you if 
FPGA can emulate it.
