A bit more for Bob Ettinger about the story TRAVELLING, in my fiction
book TALES OF SKASTOWE:
Reading the story, you see Tupac Amaru meeting various people. All of
them are thousands of years old, and all of them share one trait that
we certainly don't have (perhaps because we're all too young). They've
all totally forgotten their childhood. Tupac Amaru notes that they
have their own kind of oblivion, very different from ko'itsa (his
people's word for death). And so in that respect he's like them too...
What he decides, at least.

So TRAVELLING says even more about "death" than I said in my first
message about it...

TALES OF SKASTOWE tells of one society of immortal people, especially
their problems, but not negatively at all. Immortality isn't one of
their problems, either --- but as human beings they will still have
problems, and that's what the stories are about.

Right now PHYSICAL IMMORTALITY is printing the stories in sequence,
which is probably how Bob Ettinger read TRAVELLING. I am selling the
whole book for US $20 if you want it for yourself --- price includes
postage to the US.

Best wishes and long long life for all,

                Thomas Donaldson
