No, that's not what I meant. 
 
Probably all or most humans have the same or similar anatomy/physiology  

which underlies all wants and hence all personal values. By individual values I

do NOT mean ethics or communal values. I mean what you as an individual want or
 ought to want, what motivates you or ought to motivate you.
 
Of course, we are not free of conflict even within ourselves individually,  
as a practical matter. Inconsistency is the rule and not the exception. But  

sufficient study will presumably reveal a rational basis for prioritizing and if
 necessary modifying our wants.
