Have you read the patent already I described in post #25464 thats about all 
I now of it.

Its seems that the use constant RF radiation to keep the hydrogen nucleus in 
resonance.

In a normal NMR equipment the RF radiation is pulsed and only a small 
percent of the total time.

Thats way the never notes this effect before, (if its whirly exist?).

As for Xenon 129 I think it's not very useful because it's the hydrogen 
nucleus in water we want in resonance to prevent it from freezing and not 
other nucleus.

I'm no expert on NMR so I ask everybody on Cryonet who has some knowledge on 
the subject to look in to it.
