On reading your answer to RBR I note that you are basically advocating a definition of continuity close to or even the same as mine: that instances of you over time remain close to one another, even if there are many hundreds (we both hope not!) of years between your suspension with brain damage and your revival without brain damage. The hundreds of years don't affect your continuity at all. Our identity (QE or whatever) is like a function defined on intervals scattered through the real line, with its values at the end of one interval the same as those at the start of the following intervalllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll.
