Subject: Frozen Dead Guy Days 2005, March 11-13
From: Kennita Watson <>

Hi all --

The Frozen Dead Guy Days are in a month! Literature and
people wanted!

I will have a booth in the Expo for handing out whatever
information I can get from cryonics and other immortalist
organizations. I'd like to have something from each one,
so people can see it's not just one organization (which
would be easier to dismiss).

I can sell stuff at the booth, too (the town gets a 20%
commission), but it's more trouble because I'd need to
watch it, and to pack up the stuff and the money each
evening. So if you're interested in selling anything,
please come and help out.

From Teresa Warren, president of the Nederland Chamber
of Commerce:

> There's an article coming out in March issue of Sunset Magazine about
> the
> event and Nederland. If you were to want to make reservations for
> accommodations, you should probably beat the publication date.
>
> Glad to hear at least you are coming. We are going to give you a
> booth in
> the Expo. No charge unless you sell something in which case we will
> want 20%.

Anyone who's interested in attending, sharing a room,
transportation, helping at the table, sending literature
with me to hand out at the table, etc., please get in
touch with me ASAP. (FTR, the president of the Chamber
will offer me room in her home if I'm alone, but I'd like
to have fellow cryonicists to share the time with).

The Web site is http:/frozendeadguydays.org -- check out
the 2005 Events Schedule, "Words from Trygve Bauge, Bredo s
grandson", and "The story of the Frozen Dead Guy". I can't
say I've thought much of their poster art, but I think the
event will be fun, and an opportunity to make a positive
impression on people who wonder "Can this stuff really work?"

I look forward to hearing from people with ideas for how to
make the event a success for us, offers to share rides,
rooms, booth-tending, etc. If there are any people who
might be interested in providing literature who aren't in
the distribution for this message, please send me their
email address and/or forward this to them. Thanks!

Live long and prosper,
Kennita
