Every neuron is a computer. You will need billions of computers just to 
simulate one brain. Patients will have to wait until an analog computer is 
reinvented. But one that can fit on a microscopic space. It is of course 
possible to have analog computer brains out in space of unlimited size.
Maybe there are brains like that already out there. If one wants to continue 
to use one's body one will need some kind of device to connect one to it.
