Subject: Not a very good try. You can try again.

To Basie yet again:

In both cases, whether antioxidants might slow our aging, and the role
that inbreeding is supposed to play in causing aging, you have done no
more than repeat what you've said before. Repetition does not provide
a very convincing method of argument. Nor, for that matter, does mere
denigration of the main theorists of biology do anything to convince
any rational person that they might be wrong (theories disappear when
better theories come along, not when lots of people simply refuse to
believe them and, less politely, denigrate those who thought them up).

If you wish you can try again. But remember what I just said here.

Best wishes and long long life to all,

                  Thomas Donaldson
