Maybe I'm confused, but it looks to me like the highest dose did better. It also seems that the intermediate doses might have done better if they hadn't had more early mortality (which might have been due to something other than the supplement). Note that the 150 mg cohort's population stayed steady near the end while all the rest were dropping. I'd say try them all again.
