A review of recent cases related to religion in the USA would clearly 
show there is no chance of getting anything, except a massive legal 
bill out of this.

There is also the risk that legal measures would be taken against 
cryonics as has already been done in certain jurisdictions. This 
certainly would result in massive legal expenses or even a bidding war 
for political support that the cryonics movement has no chance of 
winning.

A much better strategy is to offer people the same benefits they get 
from religions thru a church based upon modern understandings. For 
example, the concept of the cell is absence from traditional religions. 
This concept is the basis for understanding information death, a 
crucial element in cryonics.
