X-Message-Number: 2646 From: Tim Freeman <> Subject: CRYONICS Dow-Corning Antifoam-A; illustrations Date: Mon, 14 Mar 94 13:00:14 EST In BPI Tech Brief #5 (CRYOMSG 2644), Mike Darwin and Steve Harris talk about using antifoaming agents to prevent air bubbles from being perfused into patients. Does a significant amount of the antifoam agent dissolve in the perfusate and get perfused into the patient? If so, is this harmful?
