Jerry has been trying to buy a steel tank from Hugh Hixon for $300 but Hugh hasn't started construction of one yet. We next called Dave Pizer and he suggested that we buy a used plastic tank from Hugh for $300. Hugh hasn't yet finished putting some parts on the used one, so we can't get that one yet either. So it looks like for now the quickest way to get a tank is to buy one from Mike Darwin. Mike Darwin charges $1000 for his Pizer Tank but he has the advantage of being able to construct things on a fairly prompt schedule. So for now, we will try to raise an additional $500 to buy a Pizer Tank from Mike Darwin. Don Laughlin, Chuck Geshlider, and J. D. Smith each owe $25 to catch up to the rest of us. Jerry Searcy, Nick Pablica, Eric Klien, and Katie Kars are up-to-date on their dues. CRYOCARE Four different booklets were given out. They were titled "A Short History of Cryonics", "BioPreservation", "CryoCare", and "CryoSpan". These booklets gave information about three new cryonics organizations plus a history of important events in the world of Cryonics. Additional booklets are available from Eric Klien upon request. MEETING IN LAUGHLIN Our next meeting will be held at 1 P.M. on Sunday, March 20th in the Executive Office of the Riverside Casino. Call Eric at (702) 897-4176 if you wish to join a carpool to the casino. We will be discussing the latest developments with CryoCare and sign-up documents for this organization will be available.
