DAVID: I have decided that I will NOT be filing any suit in the near
future. I have never been convinced that this approach would work for sure.
I may have not stated my intentions clearly on Cryonet when I begain this -
if so, I apologize for that. The idea of posting on Cryonet was to get
advice. I would not go forward with such a critical thing as this suit
until after I had thought about it for a long time, talked to a lot of
cryoncists, taken it to my philosophy discussion group to test the logic,
talked to some religious leaders, and talked to some legal experts.

Planning on this would take few years.

At the present, I have no plans to file any suits, but I still think the
problem exists. I would like to know if there might be some OTHER ways to
fix the problem. I still feel that a lot of people are suffering harm from
an honest and fixable mistake.

Thanks for those of your who sent constructive advice. I will continue to
respond to those who wish to discuss the matter. Although for now, I can
not think of anything more to add.

David

DAVID: To Jerry: I don't understand how my wanting to help millions of
other people is selfish? Of course I don't want you to die. AND, I also
don't want millions of other persons to die either. The problem is how to
help them without hurting us. I am in this forum trying to find advice for
what I consider a problem that concerns all humanity. I will continue to do
all I can to try to help and protect you. I also want to try to find ways
to help and protect my family and friends who have not signed up because the
believe they will have eternal life in Heaven, because their religions has
guaranteed them that.

JERRY: > How can someone who worked so hard to

DAVID: The answer is that I do NOT want to try to snuff out your life.
For the same reasons I want to help you, I also want to help others. I
don't want to see ANYONE biologically dead!

By the way did you really mean to accuse me or "trying" to snuff out your
life? .

Can we find try to find some way to help all those other people that
without great risks to ourselves.?
