Do you think you could find a way to have this kind of debate without 
litigation? I hope you are looking into that, along with everything else. 
It seems to me that if you look enough, you may well find it: conference, 
seminar, whatever, and not just once but over and over. (Another 
possibility would be to *stage* the type of event I am talking about--then 
you'd want to see about lining up participants; maybe that would be a 
better approach.)
