If this land had all the things you talked about in already the selling price would be $30,000 per acre. In fact last month I sold a 5 acre parcel with the things you described for $150,000. But this land that is now for sale has a very good road to it. It is dirt, but it has been graveled and it is only a 10 minute drive at most. One can build a house and live on this wonderful land now. It is very prisitne, quiet and secluded and yet just a few minutes from eveything. You might want to come see the land and find out more about the value before you criticize (so wrongly). I don't really care if anyone buys this land or not. If I don't sell it to cryonicists now at these prices, I will sell it to non-cryonicists at twice (or more) what I am offering it now for in a year. What I am hoping to do is offer a nice secluded place for cryonicists to come live and be near one another and yet be close to Alcor and other amenities.
