X-Message-Number: 2682 From: (Thomas Donaldson) Subject: CRYONICS Re: Fracturing Date: Tue, 5 Apr 1994 18:20:37 -0700 (PDT) Hi again! Without going into great detail about the possible reasons for the observed lack of cracking, I want to summarize the discussion in all this messages as: please, Bob, give us all the details! Just what the details turn out to be may well affect our interpretation. Whether these details suggest something very good or very bad remains open; the speculations by Mike and Greg remain just intelligent speculations without further experimental input. As for the need for more research on this question, I strongly second Mike's statement. I raise it to a googolplex power and then take its factorial. If there is ANY scientific project in cryonics which needs doing, even if it is the only one, a solution to the cracking problem would be the only one.
