Perfusion is to be done by a licensed embalmer at a licensed funeral home. Relevant laws DO exist and I refuse to ignore them. It would be nice if the law was altered to also allow physicians to perform perfusions. I am not ill-informed. I have been reading the history of cryonics and watching the Arizona situation develop for the last 15 years. My opinion was reached after many many years of watching Alcor, CI, and others. I'm not ill-informed; I just have an opinion that is different from yours. I completely understand that others do not share my opinion. Do I care what others' opinions are? Only to a degree. A person certainly doesn't consider cryonics unless they have an unusually capacity to think for themselves regardless of the prevailing opinion. Jordan Sparks -----Original Message----- Apparently your lawyer has given you appallingly bad advice. Since CI was reclassified as a cemetery, they have lost the capability to perform procedures in house. Is that your objective too? You want to be prohibited from performing cryoprotective perfusion, for instance? As a cemetery, you can store people. Period. You are ill-informed. I suggest you read some cryonics history.
