That liquid nitrogen, an industrial chemical largely used for steel production (which is moving into the developing world) will become less available and more expensive is hardly a new development. I'm sure the projected cost increases are already factored in the financial planning. I'm unfamiliar with technology advances in ~-150 C refrigeration technology.
