Another excellent post from Flavonoid.

I had emailed Mr Plus some while ago suggesting that instead of sending
these "oil shock horror" messages he creates a web site with immigration
information and showing a positive image of life in the USA for immigrants.
Maybe he could organise some web logs from people who have already
immigrated for cryonics reasons.

His desire to concentrate cryonicists in Arizona seems to be entirely based
on negatives, ie beat them there by cultivating fear about things over which
they have no control. It would surely be better to entice them with showing
how to immigrate and attempting to how nice it is when they get there. Of
course it will not be nice for everyone, people's desires are different.
However it appears that life in the USA suits a large proportion of people,
and it is those the proposed web site would encourage.

I must say that Mr Plus' logo at the end
> Manage your risk, not your terror.
is something he should be practising -- doing what is suggested above may
help people to do that.
