On an emotional level, there is some truth to it. I'm embarrassed by Jon partly because he reminds me of myself. There are a lot of enthusiastic people in cryonics who are bucking the system and selling non-existent technology. There's a little bit of Jon in all of us. BUT... he has definitely crossed the line into fraudulence. Not once, but on a habitual basis. And he has clearly stated that he has no intention of changing. I wouldn't believe him even if he did say he was going to change. I'm cynical enough to believe that almost nobody is capable of changing. Don't take pity on him or he might decide to have you as the keynote speaker at his next international conference. Rate This Message: http://www.cryonet.org/cgi-bin/rate.cgi?msg=27167
