Subject: The Secrets of Living Longer

 National Geographic November 2005 pages 2 - 27
 New Wrinkles on Aging:
Abstract: "Residents of Okinawa, Sardinia, and Loma Linda, California
live longer, healthier lives than just about anyone else on Earth. What
do they know that the rest of us don't?"

Attitudes towards aging, and human longevity have been changing for
some time towards a more positive interventionist viewpoint. The current
edition of National Geographic is a good case in point. This is the first
time its main cover article has been on life extension. For a magazine
whose primary focus is on wildlife, this is a very unusual topic to
 emphasize.
What are the secrets of living longer? These secrets are now
available at your local magazine stand!
