I was not the one who first brought up the novel "State of Fear"; that was John de Rivaz. If you think the novel should never have been mentioned then please consult with John de Rivaz. B. Your statement about me assuming that "we are all dedicated libertarians" is obviously false. I very specifically said the opposite, I wrote: "I realize that not everyone on Cyronet is a libertarian". C. John de Rivaz wrote that the novel "is well researched and actual references are given to real events". My opinion differed and because I had handy a previously written review so that is what I provided as a counter point. My posted review is as on topic and as appropriate as the first mention of the novel by John de Rivaz since my review covers many of the same issues in the context of the novel. I am sorry you are upset. Perhaps you would be less upset if you followed the chain of events more closely and read more accurately, this might save you some needless upset or at the very least allow you to more accurately choose the individual you wish to address. If those who control Cryonet do not want works of fiction mentioned in any of the posts then perhaps that should be made part of the guidelines for the list. As far as I know the mention of works of fiction is not prohibited. Best Regards Fred Rate This Message: http://www.cryonet.org/cgi-bin/rate.cgi?msg=27576
