Maybe it's my inner inveterate proofreader, but I caught
"IMMORALITY INSTITUTE" right off.  It got me to thinking:
might some people associate immortality with immorality
simply because of their morphological similarity?
Imagine the impression made at a gut level by "THE PROSPECT
OF IMMORALITY" or "PHYSICAL IMMORALITY" on people who
subscribe to a meme-set where immoral->evil->avoid/destroy.

Maybe that's not what's going on, but it would explain a
few things.
