Hate to admit it, but the smarties on another list already whipped that
horse to death.  Apart from 24 main time zones (and some individual 
offset ones),
and U.S. vs European date formats, there are the Buddhist calendar 
(current year
something like 2548) and others I've never heard of...  And on RL Forward's
Dragon's Egg, that date occurs every few of our minutes...
