It is rather remarkable that it took as long as it did to determine that
it was glucosepane which was the major cross-linker in tissue. You are
right in that tests of AGE inhibitors or breakers explicitly against
glucosepane are a rare find as yet. However I am confident that these do
exist. I'll go out on a limb, and suggest one item which I feel would
likely do the job, though in a non-discriminatory fashion.

*Liposome encapsulated serrapeptase*

I have not seen this product in Canada as yet, though non-encapsulated
serrapeptase is available now. Some other supplements are encapsulated
to improve their absorption characteristics.
