While I far prefer people to sign up with CI rather than nothing, the SA and Alcor folks are using better technology, fully controlled by cryonicists, and it costs more because it is a more rigorous procedure. It is likely their patients will come through sooner and with less damage because of the more rigorous procedure, and the odds of it working at all are better. But any cryonic freeze gives better odds than none. And should I feel able to avail myself of SA services I will add them. -Mark F Connaughton, PE, Alcor member Rate This Message: http://www.cryonet.org/cgi-bin/rate.cgi?msg=27956
