In its latest newsletter (June/July 1994) the British Columbia Persons
with AIDS Society puts forward an official position endorsing greater
"choice in dying" for PWAs, including physician assisted suicide and
voluntary euthanasia.

For further FREE information on this policy announcement, and current
efforts to change the law in Canada, please contact The Right to Die
Society of Canada by E-mail at: or by fax

The Right to Die Society of Canada is in the vanguard of social change in
this country on all matters relating to better terms and greater choice in
dying for PWAs and others. The BC PWA Society is the first major AIDs
group in North America, to our knowledge, to openly endorse physician assisted
suicide as an option in dying. We would welcome knowing of other such
groups however if they exist and in obtaining their policy papers on the
subups aas an option in dying. ting

We would welcome knowing of others.
